About Amy
Being a cosmetologist and business owner has been one of the highlights of my life!
I put sheers in my hand in 1990 choosing cosmetology as my future and career! 35 years later here we are! I really had no goal after starting school but to graduate! Being here where I am today has taken a lot of blood sweat and tears and the full support of my family!
I purchased our building at 100/102 East Main Street in 2021 and after renovations on one side move the salon here in 2022. In October 2024 we opened the Doo Dazzle Boutique on the 102 E Main side!
The boutique offers women’s clothing, candles, purses, dresses, gifts to tumblers and so much more.
With Clippety doo dah – I am most proud of my stylists whom I enjoy watching grow in their career! They are a true asset to the salon and make every day laughable and fun! You never work a day in your life if you enjoy what you are doing, consider yourself blessed!
I have been married to my husband Steve for 16 years. I have two wonderful kids of my own along with 5 grandkids. My husband added 3 more kids and 4 more grandbabies to the crew!
In my free time I most enjoy being at the river camping and canoeing. But most of all watching the grandkids play, laugh and get down and dirty. Other interests are sitting by my pool, mowing our 10 acres and sleeping.
I welcome one and all to stop by and see us and make an appointment. We love meeting new friends and seeing new faces walk through the door.

I am a wife and mother of two children and a lifetime resident of Bond County. I received my certificate of Cosmetology in 2010 and started my career at Clippety Doo Dah shortly after in 2011. During my time here, I have grown not only in my career but also as a person by becoming more independent, outspoken, and learning how to value my self-worth. I look forward to seeing new faces and appreciate each and ever person that has sat in my chair.

About Abby
I graduated from Mulberry Grove High School in 2019 and started cosmetology school at Kaskaskia the week after graduation. In 2020 I graduated from cosmetology school. I have worked here at Clippety Doo Dah for 5 years now. In April of 2022 I married the love of my life and in March 2024 we had a beautiful baby girl. I love spending time with my friends and family. The last 5 years have changed my life tremendously. I have met so many new people and have learned so many new techniques that have evolved mt career as a cosmetologist. I love a good nail art challenge from clients as I enjoy practicing new designs. I love being able to watch the growth of Clippety Doo Dah as well as being involved in the Doo Dah Family!

About Olivia
I graduated cosmetology school, in December of 2022 and have been at Clippety Doo Dah since. I am married and am expecting a baby girl this fall! I have three kitties at home that I am always willing to show pictures of! My favorite services to provide are cuts/colors and manicures! Fun facts about me is that I was born in Northern California so the mountains are my happy place! I am so glad to be a part of the Doo Dah crew! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. During my time at Clippety Doo Dah I have evolved as a stylist and in my personal life. As a stylist you have to come out of your shell and be willing and able to make conversation with every person who walks through our door. Cosmetology has made me more outgoing and confident in myself. I am so excited for the growth of Clippety Doo Dah in Greenville and beyond.

I am a wife and mother of 3, Aubree, Wiley, and Averee. Married to my highschool sweetheart for 11 years. In my spare time I like to camp, go on float trips, have bonfires, and spend time with my family and friends. One fun fact about me is although I am only 30, my favorite country singer Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton, which is now being passed down to my kiddos!

I am the 15 year old daughter of Jamie and Wesley Joplin! I am a part of the graduating class of 2027 at Bond County Community High school! I am a part of the girls’ soccer team at my high school and student council! After high school I plan on attending Kaskaskia College to pursue an education to become a labor and delivery nurse! In my free time I enjoy going camping with my family, going to the lake with my friends, and spending time with my pets! I’m looking forward to the growing of Doo Dazzle Boutique and the fun times and amazing people I meet along the way!!!
